Editorial policy
CompareRx.org publishes independent information about GLP-1 medications, pricing and the telehealth providers that sell them. This policy explains how our newsroom works.
Sourcing standards
- Every news article must be tied to a clearly identifiable new development.
- Every article cites at least one credible source, and we prefer primary sources: FDA notices, clinical trial registries, peer-reviewed journals, government agencies, and manufacturer releases.
- All cited sources are linked at the bottom of the article so you can verify them yourself.
- We never fabricate statistics, quotes, studies or citations. Numbers appear only when they appear in a cited source.
- We separate confirmed facts from interpretation. Analysis is labelled as analysis, not reported as fact.
Original value
We do not republish or lightly reword other outlets. Each story adds explanation, comparison, pricing context or market analysis specific to people buying GLP-1 care in the US, and links to the relevant CompareRx comparison tools. We do not mass-produce thin pages for search engines.
How AI is used
We use AI tools to monitor sources and produce first drafts. Drafts are constrained to cited source material, must follow our article template, and are rejected automatically when they lack a credible source or a genuine development. Published stories are attributed to the CompareRx Editorial Team, which is accountable for their accuracy.
Medical accuracy
Clinical claims are checked against approved prescribing information and published data under our medical review policy. Nothing we publish is medical advice.
Independence and funding
Some outbound provider links earn us a commission. Advertisers and partners have no input into rankings, scoring weights or news coverage. See our affiliate disclosure and ranking methodology.
Corrections and updates
Articles show a publication date and, when changed, a "last updated" date. Report an error through our contact page; we correct confirmed errors promptly and note substantive changes.
Permanent URLs
Published articles keep their URL. If a story is superseded we update it in place rather than deleting it.
